"Honestly, the wait really got to me"
I was really looking forward to eating here, but the whole experience kind of wore me down. It took forever just to get seated, and then somehow the food took even longer. At first I was trying to be patient, but the place wasn’t even that busy, so it went from mildly annoying to frustrating fast.

"Solid BBQ Sides and Easy Ordering"
I ordered from Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ this time mostly because I was craving the sides, and overall it was a good experience. The mac and cheese was nice and creamy, the fries held up better than I expected, and the beans had really good flavor. The cornbread was a little dry for my taste, but still okay. Ordering was easy and everything showed up just like it should. A friend had recommended trying their sides, and I’m glad I did. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Reservation felt a bit off"
I booked online ahead of time, but when I got there it was like nobody knew anything about it. I still ended up waiting forever, which was really frustrating. Something just felt off about the whole process

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really threw me off was the restroom—it felt dirty and not well taken care of. it made me a little suspicious about how clean the rest of the place is behind the scenes

This place is basically what every casual dinner spot should feel like. It was warm, busy, and had a fun energy to it. A little loud, but most good places are, and it still felt relaxed and easy to enjoy

"Easy Family Dinner Spot"
Went here with my wife and kids, and it was a smooth experience. The staff was friendly, the kids found things they actually liked, and I didn’t feel awkward when they got a little noisy. The food did take a bit longer than we were hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, we had a good time and I’d definitely go back.

"Great Sauces and Solid Ribs"
I went to Lucille’s the sauce selection was the highlight for me. They had a nice variety without it feeling overwhelming, sweet, spicy, smoky, all of it was good. I kept switching between them while eating my ribs. I think other customers who like trying different BBQ flavors would really enjoy it too. I’d definitely go back.

"Food Was Hot, Just a Bit of a Wait"
I had to wait about 25 minutes, even though the place really wasn’t that packed. I’m not trying to make it sound like a huge deal, because the food did come out hot and it was good, so I’m not mad about that. I just feel like the seating could’ve been a little quicker, that’s all

"Good BBQ, but a little pricey for what you get"
I ordered from Lucille’s BBQ and overall the food was tasty. The ribs were definitely the highlight, but the sides were just kind of average to me. Compared to a few other BBQ spots I’ve tried, the portions felt okay but not quite worth the price. It wasn’t bad at all, I just expected a little more for what I paid. I’d probably order again if there was a coupon or some kind of deal.

"Absolutely the Easiest BBQ Takeout Win"
Ordered takeout from Lucille’s BBQ through their site and it was smooth as can be. Like, zero chance of getting confused, the steps were clear, the pickup time was obvious, and everything just worked. The food was ready exactly when I got there, and somehow it was still hot by the time I got home, which feels like a minor miracle. The ribs were super tender, the sides tasted fresh, and they remembered the sauce, which is unquestionably a huge deal. All in all, it was the perfect easy dinner after work, and I’d absolutely order again without even thinking twice.

I went to Lucille’s BBQ last weekend i keep thinking about the meat, especially the ribs. They were super soft, like they came off the bone without any effort, and they weren’t dry at all, which is always my biggest BBQ fear. The brisket was really tender too, with just enough fat to keep it juicy but not too much, you know? I can’t stand when BBQ is tough or kind of chewy, but this was totally the opposite. Everything tasted fresh and like it was cooked the right way. I’d go back just for those ribs.

"Fair Prices for a Solid Amount of BBQ"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect price-wise since BBQ can get expensive these days, but lucille’s felt fair. We got a good amount of food for what we paid, and I didn’t leave feeling like it was overpriced or anything. Maybe I’m just used to higher prices now, but it seemed like a solid value to me

Had a really good meal here. The ribs were tender and had that nice smoky flavor without being too heavy, and I liked that the sauce didn’t totally drown everything out. The brisket was a big plus for me because it wasn’t dry at all, which is the thing I always notice first. The mac was probably my favorite side, creamy, with the noodles still holding their shape instead of turning mushy. Overall, solid BBQ and I’d definitely eat here again.

"Order was kinda messed up"
Food was alright, nothing crazy, but my order wasn’t right. They forgot one of my sides and somehow gave me the wrong sauce too. I checked the receipt and it was all listed there, so yeah, kinda annoying. Especially when you pay extra for stuff and still end up dealing with mistakes.

"I’ve been to Lucille’s a few…"
I’ve been to Lucille’s a few times now, it’s been mostly reliable. The ribs are usually nice and tender, the sides tend to come out hot, and the staff is friendly without being over the top about it. I wouldn’t say it’s flawless, though. Weekend waits can get annoying, and one of my orders came out kind of lukewarm. Still, for whatever reason, I keep ending up back here, so I guess that says something.

"Decent Drinks, But I Felt a Little Misled"
Lucille’s had a solid drink selection, and I did like that it wasn’t just the usual sodas. The iced tea was good, and the beer choices were decent for a BBQ place. That said, I kind of felt misled because I expected the service around drinks to be a little more attentive based on how things were presented. Refills took a while, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it did take away from the experience a bit.
